We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
We are based in Seymour, TN but provide services within a 50 miles radius.

Romines Concrete Construction is owned by Stephen and Casey Romines. Stephen started the business, alongside his wife, after gaining over 11 years of hands-on experience in the field and running concrete and seasonal-related businesses. Our ability to set expectations high and execute with quality service set us apart from other owner-operators. We enjoy keeping our hands involved in as much of the business as possible to ensure a good outcome for clients. When not working we are enjoying our new baby boy and time on our farm.
